Wine Production: Due to the proximity of the vineyards to the winery, grapes were transported to the winery within minutes of harvest. The fermentation lasted 10 days, after fermentation the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels in which it was allowed to mature for approximately 14 months. It was then blended with 5%
