Ros de Saigne ist eine Assemblage aus 80% Pinot Noir und 20% Chardonnay. Sehr dunkles Rosarot und in der Nase Noten von roten Kirschen und Erdbeeren. Im Gaumen vollmundig mit Aromen von Waldhimbeeren, Zitrusfrchten, Brioche und Baumnssen. Feine Perlage und langer, fruchtiger Abgang.
