and topped in October with terminal clusters of lovely v-shaped flowers that are white at the base and cobalt blue at the tips
Crinum Princess Elizabeth Drimiopsis After the midsummer flowersCrinum 'Princess Elizabeth' was distributed in the US by the late California crinum guru, Les Hannibal, and, although we don't know for sure, we're fairly confident that it's a Crinum x powellii hybrid (a cross of Crinum bulbispermum x Crinum moorei). For us, Crinum 'Princess Elizabeth' flowers from mid May to early July on 2' tall stalks, each topped with 17 20 buds that open to pure white, fragrant, outfacing flowers.
