Improving food and public health as an entrepreneur

Join us for our first online lecture as part of our ‘Improving food & public health as an entrepreneur’ series. The series aims to inspire and motivate food campaigners, charities, students and nutritionists and give them some food for thought, essentially following in the footsteps of our founder Caroline Walker.
.
Dr Lucy Williamson will share details of her innovative The Gut Project, which helps farmers understand the health benefits of their produce, empowering them to use these insights in their communication and marketing. The project supports sustainable food production and aims to reconnect people with the story behind their food to help people and the planet thrive. In addition, Lucy will share some insights about her work in the dairy industry and other aspects of her successful freelance journey. More about Lucy and her work can be found on her website (https://lwnutrition.co.uk)
.
Dr Laura Wyness will showcase the diversity of her freelance nutritionist work, including the projects she believes have had the most impact on improving food and public health.
